1. Lead the sales team to surpass financial targets, maximize sales, achieve KPIs, and encourage cross-selling and upselling.
2. Assist the Store Manager in performance analysis, action plan development, commercial recommendations, and strategy implementation.
3. Motivate, coach, and inspire the team; identify talent, support training needs, and cultivate a positive, high-performance environment.
4. Ensure robust product knowledge, stay informed on market trends, and support ongoing training and digital tool adoption.
5. Foster a client-centric culture, ensure excellent service standards, execute selling ceremonies, and manage complaints effectively.
6. Build strong client relationships, encourage clienteling initiatives, identify new client opportunities, and support after-sales excellence.
7. Maintain visual merchandising standards, oversee operational procedures (cash, inventory, reporting), ensure back-of-house efficiency, and protect company assets.

1. Over 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the luxury retail environment.

1. Passionate about the product category with strong market and product knowledge.
2. Business-driven mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
3. Collaborative team player capable of leading, influencing, and inspiring peers.
4. Customer-centric approach with a natural ability to serve and engage clients.
5. Fluency in German and English.

Over 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the luxury retail environment.
