Prada Group Facility Manager

1. Manage and organize maintenance activities for stores in France, Belgium, and Monaco, ensuring adherence to company procedures, technical manuals, and quality standards.
2. Schedule and coordinate maintenance programs to meet prompt service requirements for stores and premises.
3. Oversee services or technical works provided by outsourced suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and deadlines.
4. Provide direct assistance to stores and Group premises to resolve technical issues and facility malfunctions.
5. Select outsourced suppliers in accordance with purchasing procedures to procure services, goods, or materials.
6. Collaborate with the Facility team HQ and Legal Department to draft service contracts regarding cleaning, repair, and maintenance services.
7. Manage budget processes to forecast maintenance and cleaning expenses, monitor expense trends against the yearly budget, and analyze gaps.
8. Organize and update the Maintenance Archive for clear access and consultation by the team.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in stores by organizing checks, site visits, and staff meetings.
