Prada Group Facility Manager

- Manage and organize maintenance activities for stores in France, Belgium, and Monaco, ensuring adherence to company procedures, technical manuals, and quality standards.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance programs to meet prompt service requirements for stores and premises.
- Oversee services or technical works provided by outsourced suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and deadlines.
- Provide direct assistance to stores and Group premises to resolve technical issues and facility malfunctions.
- Select outsourced suppliers in accordance with purchasing procedures to procure services, goods, or materials.
- Collaborate with the Facility team HQ and Legal Department to draft service contracts regarding cleaning, repair, and maintenance services.
- Manage budget processes to forecast maintenance and cleaning expenses, monitor expense trends against the yearly budget, and analyze gaps.
- Organize and update the Maintenance Archive for clear access and consultation by the team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in stores by organizing checks, site visits, and staff meetings.
- Flexibility to address boutique needs, including emergencies.
- Proactive attitude to align with brand requirements.
- Availability to travel within the designated area.
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- Resilience under stress and during peak activity periods.
- Problem-solving orientation.
- Team spirit approach.
- Proficiency in French (required), Italian (preferred), and English (advantageous).
Experience in facilities management, preferably within the luxury retail sector, with a focus on maintenance coordination and supplier management.
