Prada Group Facilities Coordinator

1. Monitor facilities and maintenance tracking tools to ensure timely and prioritized project delivery.
2. Coordinate with internal and external suppliers at points of sale and office sites.
3. Create and update maintenance cycle reports for points of sale and office sites.
4. Support the Facilities Manager in executing strategies, procedures, and methods for maintenance activities.
5. Analyze the quality of conservation and functionality of sites through visits and report reviews.
6. Assist the Facilities Manager with general administration and coordination of facilities activities.
7. Track budget and project status reports for maintenance activities across the region's store network and office sites.

1. Degree or formal education in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management is advantageous.

1. Competence in creating and updating maintenance cycle reports.
2. Ability to analyze site conditions and document findings.
3. Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
5. Ability to ensure facilities meet corporate image and operational standards.
6. Understanding of maintenance tracking tools and reporting systems.
7. Clear and effective communication skills.
8. Strong organizational skills.
9. Proactive problem-solving abilities.

Experience in facilities coordination or a related field is required, with a focus on maintaining operational continuity and managing stakeholder relationships.

A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
