1. Collaborate with the company tutor on web publishing enterprise tools to manage email communications for Prada Group brands.
2. Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure all campaign assets, including copy, images, and videos, are prepared for deployment.
3. Support the CRM team by monitoring the newsletter calendar and managing campaign dispatches.
4. Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns using platforms like Adobe Journey Optimizer.

1. Academic background in communication, design, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
3. Interest in e-commerce or the digital, fashion, and luxury sectors.

4. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or similar is advantageous.
