Prada Group Delivery and Warehouse Manager

- Oversee outbound logistics operations for merchandise and non-merchandise distribution using SAP and local systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill business requirements.
- Negotiate with third-party logistics providers and local carriers to improve service levels.
- Standardize outbound operational procedures in collaboration with 3PL service providers.
- Support headquarters in replenishment order activities.
- Maintain and update the warehouse operation calendar within SAP.
- Arrange charter trucks for pop-up events and store openings or closures.
- Conduct monthly warehouse visits.
- Manage inventory of packaging and stationery, including monthly orders.
- Facilitate inventory transfers between retail and outlet locations via SAP.
- Create purchase orders for warehouse equipment and assets.
- Manage monthly invoices from external service providers using internal systems.
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management.
- Advanced English reading and writing skills; speaking skills preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of order management and SAP is advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience in logistics and supply chain management is required. Familiarity with SAP and order management systems is beneficial.
