1. Oversee outbound logistics operations for merchandise and non-merchandise distribution using SAP and local systems.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill business requirements.
3. Negotiate with third-party logistics providers and local carriers to improve service levels.
4. Standardize outbound operational procedures in collaboration with 3PL service providers.
5. Support headquarters in replenishment order activities.
6. Maintain and update the warehouse operation calendar within SAP.
7. Arrange charter trucks for pop-up events and store openings or closures.
8. Conduct monthly warehouse visits.
9. Manage inventory of packaging and stationery, including monthly orders.
10. Facilitate inventory transfers between retail and outlet locations via SAP.
11. Create purchase orders for warehouse equipment and assets.
12. Manage monthly invoices from external service providers using internal systems.

1. Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management.
2. Advanced English reading and writing skills; speaking skills preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

1. Strong communication and facilitation skills.
2. Proactive problem-solving abilities.
3. Knowledge of order management and SAP is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience in logistics and supply chain management is required. Familiarity with SAP and order management systems is beneficial.
