Prada Group Data Analytics Delivery Lead

- Coordinate the planning and execution of projects for the Data Visualization, Data Science, and Data Lake teams.
- Define the evolution of the delivery model and manage its adoption across the Data Analytics teams.
- Create and implement monitoring frameworks and KPIs to measure delivery performance and the value generated by individual projects.
- Manage dependencies and integration with other IT development teams on cross-functional programs and products.
- Collaborate with product owners to shape project initiatives and ensure alignment between business priorities and delivery.
- Ensure visibility and effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Maths, or related STEM discipline.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in delivery/project management within the Data Analytics domain, preferably in consulting and/or in the fashion & luxury sector.
- Hands-on experience in managing cloud-based data platform projects as a core analytics engine and KPI calculation system.
- Proven experience in migrating data flows and implementing near real-time integrations with key output channels.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (scrum, Kanban) and the ability to work in hybrid agile/waterfall environments.
- Solid understanding of data projects dynamics (data science, analytics, data engineering).
- Familiarity with modern data technologies and platforms; knowledge of Databricks and PowerBi is a plus.
- Experience in delivering enterprise-level AI projects, with a strong focus on managing uncertainty during experimentation phases and supporting the subsequent industrialization and production rollout.
- Experience in defining data governance models in compliance with current regulations.
5-7 years of experience in delivery/project management within the Data Analytics domain, preferably in consulting and/or in the fashion & luxury sector.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Maths, or related STEM discipline.
