1. Define and manage the CRM Product Roadmap, balancing business goals with technical feasibility.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into CRM use cases and features.
3. Lead Agile ceremonies to oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to deployment.
4. Monitor KPIs to evaluate CRM product performance and business impact.
5. Drive a user-centric approach to ensure a consistent omnichannel product experience.
6. Define and implement the client data governance framework for accuracy and compliance.
7. Oversee data collection and integration to maintain a unified customer view.
8. Support customer segmentation models for personalized engagement strategies.
9. Leverage analytics to drive business decisions across Marketing, Retail, and Client Experience.

1. Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
2. 4-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or CRM Specialist in digital, retail, or luxury sectors.
3. Strong knowledge of CRM processes and customer data architecture.
4. Experience with enterprise CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
5. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
3. Fluency in Italian and English.
4. Ability to maintain positive cross-departmental relationships.

4-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or CRM Specialist within digital, retail, or luxury environments.
