1. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of SLA and KPI performances worldwide.
2. Analyze and report on multichannel sales.
3. Support data reconciliation and report optimization to enhance database quality.
4. Map and optimize client service processes.
5. Test and release procedures and features.
6. Perform competitive benchmarking for strategic customer service decisions.
7. Assist IT in implementing and launching global client service initiatives.
8. Test new systems and programs, identifying potential issues or improvements.

5. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with client service operations and data analysis is advantageous.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
