5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Effectively handle customer complaints, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
