Prada Group Beauty Product and Communications Specialist

1. Coordinate relationships with licensees and internal departments for all Beauty activities related to Prada and Miu Miu brands.
2. Manage product-related tasks including new launch presentations, internal product shoots, and backstage product management at fashion shows.
3. Conduct competitor analysis and manage product archives.
4. Support the product development process.
5. Assist in the approval process of hallmark campaigns and image events.
6. Coordinate A&I activations, social planning, and media plan monitoring.

1. 1–3 years of experience in product and communication coordination within the beauty, fashion, or luxury sector.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.

1. Solid project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1–3 years of experience in relevant fields within the beauty, fashion, or luxury sector.
