1. Record accounts payable invoices.
2. Manage supplier master data.
3. Support general accounting and accounts receivable functions.
4. Assist in managing incoming and outgoing payments.
5. Archive documents in both paper and digital formats.
6. Support daily administrative and accounting operations.
7. Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.

1. Degree in Economics or Finance (preferred).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Basic understanding of accounting principles and supplier-related processes.
3. Attention to detail and a strong interest in accounting.
4. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English.

No prior experience required, but a foundational understanding of accounting principles is preferred.

Degree in Economics or Finance (preferred).
