1. Act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering cross-category sales.
2. Analyze department performance to define actions for achieving business objectives.
3. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
4. Drive the team to exceed their KPIs and stay informed on market trends.
5. Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty.
7. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
8. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
9. Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through morning briefings.
10. Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department and support product/collection training needs.
11. Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
12. Ensure the visual presentation of the department and efficient back-of-house organization.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus

7. Fluency in German and English

Proven experience in a retail management role within the luxury fashion industry.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
