Prada Department Manager

1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
2. Manage and motivate the department team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client service.
3. Ensure an exceptional welcome and customer service, promoting cross-selling among product categories.
4. Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
5. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
6. Drive the team to exceed KPIs and stay informed about market trends, sharing insights with relevant functions.
7. Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities.
9. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
10. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
11. Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through ad hoc morning briefings.
12. Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department, supporting product/collection training needs.
13. Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
14. Ensure the visual presentation of the department and efficient back-of-house organization, protecting company assets and maintaining staff grooming standards.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
2. Fluent in Dutch and English

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
