2. Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.

5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with operational guidelines.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

1. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong knowledge of the managed product category.

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
