- Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service in alignment with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future sales opportunities.
- Promote and embrace an Omni Channel mindset.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, while fostering a positive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
- Provide an outstanding in-store experience, engaging in cross-selling across departments to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
- Passion for sales and retail environments
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion and knowledge of the product category
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
