1. Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service in alignment with the 'client journey ceremony'.
2. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future sales opportunities.

5. Provide an outstanding in-store experience, engaging in cross-selling across departments to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
7. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
8. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
9. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company guidelines and stock procedures.
10. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
