- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs and expectations.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Prada philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring superior service both in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM system to foster personalized client relationships.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage knowledgeably with clients.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room.
- Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster a positive team environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
