1. Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs and expectations.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Prada philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring superior service both in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest standards of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
6. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM system to foster personalized client relationships.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage knowledgeably with clients.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room.
14. Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
15. Foster a positive team environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
