- Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence in service.

- Provide an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company guidelines.
- Contribute to security measures and prevent product thefts.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar field.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Passion for selling and retail environments.
- Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in spoken English.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar field is required, with a focus on client relationship management and sales.
