6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors, demonstrating brand and product knowledge.
7. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
8. Maintain high standards in shop floor presentation and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
9. Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.
