- Provide an exceptional luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring optimal service in-store and online.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset and utilize digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage and advise customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Ensure product care and respect, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually, leveraging technology.
- Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and stock room organization.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and reporting.
- Foster a positive working environment through teamwork, communication, and embracing diversity and inclusion.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Teamwork and independent work capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Candidates should have prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand.
