- Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront.
- Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Achieve KPI goals, ensuring superior sales and customer service quality.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and brand DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized client engagement.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset and utilize digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and stockroom organization.
- Adhere to company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, and inventory.
- Foster a positive team environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Passion for fashion, dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant sales experience.
- Background in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry preferred.
- Customer-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales.
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
