1. Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront.
2. Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
3. Achieve KPI goals, ensuring superior sales and customer service quality.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and brand DNA.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized client engagement.
6. Promote an Omni Channel mindset and utilize digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
10. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
11. Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and stockroom organization.
12. Adhere to company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, and inventory.
13. Foster a positive team environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Passion for fashion, dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor.
2. Minimum of 2 years' relevant sales experience.
3. Background in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry preferred.
4. Customer-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales.
5. Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
