- Deliver an exceptional, personalised in-store client experience that embodies the Brand philosophy and the 'client journey' ceremony.
- Capture and maintain accurate client profiles and transactional data in the company CRM to support clienteling and long-term relationship development.
- Proactively pursue sales and cross-selling opportunities across departments to achieve individual targets and team KPIs.
- Champion an omnichannel approach to client engagement, coordinating with online and store channels to maximise sales and service continuity.
- Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge, including fashion trends and competitor activity, to inform client recommendations.
- Uphold visual merchandising and shop-floor standards according to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when required.
- Contribute to store security and loss-prevention measures through vigilant behaviour and adherence to protocols.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury retail and selling

Previous client-facing retail experience is required; ideally at least one year in luxury or premium goods with proven clienteling and sales results. Experience using CRM systems and working within an omnichannel retail environment is preferred.
