Prada Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in leading a team of approximately 30 members.
2. Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and adherence to quality standards.
3. Achieve sales targets and develop strategies to enhance revenue.
4. Report pertinent information to the Head Office.
5. Execute administrative and accounting responsibilities, and assist in planning, organization, and reporting.
6. Maintain store image and product care in alignment with corporate standards, ensuring team commitment to these standards.
7. Optimize merchandise and inventory management in collaboration with store and stock management.

1. Relevant professional experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Completed commercial training in retail, ideally with a degree.
3. Extensive experience in a similar role with people management responsibilities.

1. Professional demeanor with strong communication and persuasive abilities.
2. High degree of flexibility, teamwork, commitment, and responsibility.
3. Fluency in Dutch and English.

Relevant professional experience in retail, with a preference for luxury sector experience, and substantial experience in a similar managerial role.

Completed commercial training in retail, ideally with a degree.
