- Contribute, adapt, and publish content on Dior.com, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and local relevance.
- Coordinate content translations and manage timelines for campaign launches.
- Collaborate with local teams to execute digital campaigns and manage promotional offers.
- Perform quality assurance on website pages and implement local adaptations.
- Support e-merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and sales.
- Utilize and manage content within digital platforms, including CMS and e-commerce systems.
- Collaborate on SEO and CRO strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion.
- Monitor website performance and provide reports on content effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Web Development, E-commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web content management, e-merchandising, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with CMS, PIM, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce backend systems.
- Understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Customer-centric approach.
Proven experience in web content management, e-merchandising, or digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Experience with Salesforce Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Web Development, E-commerce, or a related field.
