1. Develop and enhance in-store visibility at retail locations.
2. Prepare and design sales cards and posters for trade events.
3. Manage incentives to motivate retail staff.
4. Inform the field team accurately about trade activities and incentives.
5. Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and competitive analysis.
6. Engage in daily correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Support the development and execution of the 'retailtainment plan'.

1. Fluency in Dutch and English; French is advantageous.
2. Attention to detail, particularly in a retail context.
3. Strong planning, organizational, and structural skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
5. Creativity with a strong aesthetic sense, capable of adhering to brand guidelines.
6. Knowledge of Dior's history and affinity for cosmetics and Dior products.
7. Enrollment in a relevant academic program (HBO/WO) in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
