1. Expertly present and apply fragrance, makeup, and skincare products to inspire and attract new clients.
2. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and deliver a luxury service experience.
3. Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by management.
4. Link and cross-sell across all product categories to increase transaction value and items per transaction.
5. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Parfums Christian Dior products to offer personalized recommendations.
6. Initiate and cultivate relationships with clients, promoting the DIOR 'My Exclusive Loyalty Programme.'
7. Educate clients on the brand's rich heritage and product offerings.
8. Participate in merchandise management to align with corporate guidelines and protect the brand's image.
9. Monitor stock levels and report issues to ensure adequate inventory.
10. Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
11. Build and utilize a strong client database for outreach and engagement.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
