Christian Dior Senior Engineering Manager

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering career growth and development.

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in a distribution center or similar industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data management and pivot tables.
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Manhattan.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and present conclusions.
- Experience in managing teams and projects.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Labor Management systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
Minimum of 7 years in a distribution center or similar industry, with experience in managing teams and projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
