1. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering career growth and development.
2. Oversee the implementation of new or improved processes and test system functionalities within the Distribution Center.
3. Manage projects focused on continuous improvement and the expansion of the supply chain network.
4. Support and lead initiatives to deliver high service quality and optimal working conditions.
5. Evaluate and prioritize projects based on operational needs and strategic goals.
6. Manage budgets for improvements and contingency plans.
7. Review team analyses and proposals to drive decision-making.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives.
9. Analyze distribution center systems to enhance capacity, throughput, and productivity.
10. Develop new processes to support distribution operations and customer requirements.
11. Propose recommendations to streamline and standardize processes.
12. Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration.
13. Maintain a safe and organized facility.
14. Communicate openly across all organizational levels to foster trust and clarity.

1. Minimum 7+ years of experience in a distribution center or similar industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

1. Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data management and pivot tables.
2. Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Manhattan.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and present conclusions.
4. Experience in managing teams and projects.
5. Proficiency in continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Familiarity with Labor Management systems preferred.
7. Ability to work independently with a creative and innovative mindset.
8. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
10. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
11. Discretion in handling confidential information.

Minimum of 7 years in a distribution center or similar industry, with experience in managing teams and projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Salary range of $140,000.00 - $160,000.00, with flexibility based on expertise and performance.
