- Optimize both quantitative and qualitative performance of the boutique to ensure customer satisfaction, including advice and after-sales service.
- Anticipate and address customer needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to foster loyalty.
- Update and manage the customer database.
- Engage new clients with the brand through genuine human interaction.
- Execute CRM and clienteling activities to expand and retain the client portfolio.
- Participate in local actions and commercial animations as a Dior ambassador.
- Conduct fragrance consultations, flash make-up sessions, and instant skincare treatments.
- Propose initiatives to boost sales.
- Ensure the boutique's presentation quality and adhere to internal visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain general upkeep of the boutique, including sales and back-office areas.
- Create attractive product displays and boutique animations.
- Contribute to stock management and boutique characteristics.
- Participate in inventory and discrepancy tracking.
- Adhere to punctuality, scheduling, and Dior grooming standards.
- Actively contribute to team dynamics and report challenges to the Boutique Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector (cosmetics, perfumes, fashion, etc.).
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong general knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics is advantageous.
- Good understanding of the local environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Desire to learn and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, results-oriented, and a passion for challenges.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Customer-focused: Establish strong client relationships, identify and meet their needs.
- Team spirit: Collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
- Effective communication across diverse audiences.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar position within the luxury sector is required.
Preferably at least a Bac+2, ideally a CAP or BTS in aesthetics, cosmetics, or perfumery.
