1. Assist in executing the marketing plan in alignment with global launch strategies, brand guidelines, and budget constraints.
2. Develop and implement sales support documents in close collaboration with graphic designers and suppliers.
3. Compile, analyze, and present sales, distribution, and competitive analysis reports.
4. Prepare regular reporting documents.
5. Support the planning and coordination of customer events and projects.
6. Facilitate intensive communication and coordination with internal departments (Sales, Key Account, Field Service, Training) and external partners.

1. Completed university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
2. Initial relevant work experience in marketing.
3. Basic market knowledge in luxury cosmetics/lifestyle is desirable.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in German and proficient in English; French is advantageous.
3. Hands-on mentality and proactive work approach.
4. Enthusiasm and creative trend awareness.
5. Teamwork, strong communication skills, and organizational talent.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with initial marketing experience.
