1. Assist product managers in the development of the makeup franchise, including lines such as Teint, Eyes & Collections, and Lips.
2. Participate in the creation of new concepts, animations, and launch projects for iconic products.
3. Manage 360° marketing plans and coordinate with Digital, Merchandising, and Packaging teams.
4. Conduct market and competition analysis, conceptual research, and respond to specific market or departmental requests.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or an equivalent field.
2. Proficiency in English and C2 level in French.

2. Attention to detail and open-mindedness.
3. Passion for cosmetics and luxury industries.
4. Creativity and ability to develop new product concepts.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in progress in Business or equivalent.

Participants will engage in a comprehensive integration program, network with talents across departments, receive HR coaching, and develop a personal project to present to top management.
