1. Coordinate product launch projects, including development of new products focusing on formula and packaging.
2. Conduct market and trend analysis, including competitive studies and sector monitoring.
3. Participate in the 360° marketing project development, coordinating with internal teams such as communication, brand content, digital, makeup studio, and advertising.
4. Respond to local market requests, adapting materials and overseeing regional specifications.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school, university, or equivalent), preferably with initial experience in marketing or project management.
