1. Support product managers in the development of skincare franchises such as Young Brands, Capture Totale, Prestige White & Or de Vie, and Prestige Ultra Premium & Cœur de Programme.
2. Assist in the execution of product launch projects.
3. Manage 360° marketing plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
4. Contribute to the creation of new product concepts.
5. Conduct market and competitive analysis, conceptual research, and respond to specific regional or departmental requests.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Attention to detail and open-mindedness.
5. Passion for cosmetics and luxury industries.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in progress, preferably in Business or a related field.

Interns will participate in comprehensive integration programs, network with peers across departments, receive HR coaching, and develop a business project to present to top management.
