1. Lead and strategically manage IT initiatives for the Supply Chain 2030 project, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Oversee the logistics domain in gathering and translating complex business requirements into scalable IT solutions.
3. Partner with business stakeholders to define optimal solutions, manage project timelines, and ensure successful deployment.
4. Mentor the logistics systems support team, ensuring proactive issue resolution and system performance enhancement.
5. Lead business fit analysis and scope definition for new implementations, recommending optimal technological alternatives.
6. Manage communications, risk mitigation, and issue resolution among project participants.
7. Drive the implementation of new modules and applications based on market requirements.
8. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the program director, delivering data-driven reports on logistics performance.

1. Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish and French is advantageous.
2. Minimum of 5+ years in Logistics IT management, with a focus on WMS implementations.
3. Experience in a multi-national retail or luxury goods environment is highly desirable.
4. Strong financial acumen with experience in managing project budgets.
5. Proven leadership capabilities in managing high-performing teams.
6. Ability to influence and align stakeholders at all organizational levels.
7. Superior analytical skills for diagnosing issues and formulating proposals.
8. Understanding of LVMH's standard operating procedures.

A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Logistics IT management, focusing on Warehouse Management Systems, preferably in a multi-national retail or luxury goods environment.

Salary range of $115,000-135,000, with flexibility based on expertise and performance.
