1. Participate in managing SEA, Paid Social, and Affiliation campaigns, including sharing guidelines with subsidiaries.
2. Send creative guidelines and draft search matrices.
3. Share creative and business elements with partners to animate the global affiliation program.
4. Conduct end-of-campaign evaluations for Paid Social and Affiliation.
5. Prepare monthly Performance Media reports.
6. Contribute to Performance Media audits to provide strategic recommendations.
7. Establish Affiliation guidelines for key e-commerce periods and new launches.
8. Assist in managing and animating the central affiliation program with various internal and external stakeholders.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Digital Studies, or equivalent.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
2. Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
3. Open-mindedness and effective communication skills.
4. Passion for digital challenges, customer engagement, and the luxury cosmetics sector.
5. Proficiency in French and English.
6. Strong interest in digital media and retail culture, including UX and new technologies.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Google Analytics is advantageous.

Beginner level experience required, suitable for current students.

Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
