Parfums Christian Dior International Performance Media Project Assistant Intern

- Participate in managing SEA, Paid Social, and Affiliation campaigns, including sharing guidelines with subsidiaries.
- Send creative guidelines and draft search matrices.
- Share creative and business elements with partners to animate the global affiliation program.
- Conduct end-of-campaign evaluations for Paid Social and Affiliation.
- Prepare monthly Performance Media reports.
- Contribute to Performance Media audits to provide strategic recommendations.
- Establish Affiliation guidelines for key e-commerce periods and new launches.
- Assist in managing and animating the central affiliation program with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Digital Studies, or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
- Open-mindedness and effective communication skills.
- Passion for digital challenges, customer engagement, and the luxury cosmetics sector.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong interest in digital media and retail culture, including UX and new technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Google Analytics is advantageous.
Beginner level experience required, suitable for current students.
Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
