2. Share guidelines with subsidiaries for various campaigns.
3. Send creative guidelines and draft search matrices.
4. Share creative and business elements with partners for global affiliation programs.
5. Conduct end-of-campaign reviews for Paid Social and Affiliation.
6. Create monthly Performance Media reports.
7. Contribute to Performance Media audits to provide strategic recommendations.
8. Implement Affiliation guidelines for key e-commerce periods and new launches.
9. Manage and animate the central affiliation program with internal and external stakeholders.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Digital, or equivalent.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, rigorous, analytical, proactive, and open-minded.
3. Passionate about digital issues, clients, and the luxury cosmetics universe.
4. Fluent in French and English.

1. Strong communication skills for daily interactions with digital, marketing teams, and markets.
2. Interest in digital media and retail culture.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Google Analytics as a plus.
