1. Support Distribution Operations by implementing new or improved processes, testing system functionalities, and developing reports.
2. Oversee and participate in various projects within the Distribution Center, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the growth of the supply chain network.
3. Lead aspects of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality for customers and working conditions for employees.
4. Provide updates on progress and timelines regarding assigned tasks.
5. Analyze and evaluate distribution center systems, processes, and tools to recommend improvements in capacity, throughput, productivity, accuracy, or visibility.
6. Develop and implement new processes, create reports, and test system functionalities to support operations and brand requirements.
7. Partner with Distribution Operations, Beauty Tech (IT), and external vendors to implement processes.
8. Create and update documentation for processes and layouts.
9. Train Distribution Center staff on new processes.
10. Troubleshoot Warehouse Management System (WMS) issues and update business rules as needed.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related engineering/science field preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a distribution center or similar industry.

1. Advanced knowledge in Excel, including data management and pivot tables.
2. Working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (Manhattan preferred).
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to present conclusions.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Experience in continuous improvement programs preferred.
6. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of employees and management.
8. Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
9. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a distribution center or similar industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related engineering/science field preferred.

Salary range of $90,000.00 - $110,000.00, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
