1. Participate in the calculation and analysis of production costs.
2. Contribute to monthly financial closings in collaboration with Finance and Operations teams.
3. Assist in the budgeting process, including annual budget preparation and periodic revisions.
4. Participate in the creation of monthly and quarterly reports for management and operational teams.
5. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actuals and forecasts and determine underlying causes.
6. Collaborate with various departments to identify cost optimization opportunities.
7. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial databases.
8. Engage in cross-functional projects such as process improvement or the implementation of new IT tools.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Desire to work in a structured and demanding industrial environment with a strong analytical and operational focus.

1. Strong theoretical knowledge in management control.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
3. Familiarity with Power BI and SAP is advantageous.
4. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
