- Participate in the calculation and analysis of production costs.
- Contribute to monthly financial closings in collaboration with Finance and Operations teams.
- Assist in the budgeting process, including annual budget preparation and periodic revisions.
- Participate in the creation of monthly and quarterly reports for management and operational teams.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actuals and forecasts and determine underlying causes.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial databases.
- Engage in cross-functional projects such as process improvement or the implementation of new IT tools.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business Administration or a related field.
- Desire to work in a structured and demanding industrial environment with a strong analytical and operational focus.
- Strong theoretical knowledge in management control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with Power BI and SAP is advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated rigor, organization, and critical thinking.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to learning.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Master's degree in progress (Bac+5) in Business Administration or related field.
