3. Oversee the development and engagement of young talent pools, ensuring personalized HR support for interns and apprentices through onboarding, progress reviews, and end-of-mission evaluations.
4. Coordinate training needs assessment and implementation of skill development plans in collaboration with managers and HR teams.
5. Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee lifecycle management, contributing to cross-functional HR projects focused on talent management and process improvement.

1. Previous experience (internship or apprenticeship) in Human Resources, preferably in a demanding and dynamic environment such as luxury, retail, FMCG, or agency.
