- Manage recruitment processes for the Brand & Creation sector, including needs assessment, job posting, candidate sourcing, pre-selection, interviews, and offer formalization, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience.
- Support HR Managers in employee integration, probation management, career development, and internal mobility to enhance talent retention and growth.
- Oversee the development and engagement of young talent pools, ensuring personalized HR support for interns and apprentices through onboarding, progress reviews, and end-of-mission evaluations.
- Coordinate training needs assessment and implementation of skill development plans in collaboration with managers and HR teams.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee lifecycle management, contributing to cross-functional HR projects focused on talent management and process improvement.
- Previous experience (internship or apprenticeship) in Human Resources, preferably in a demanding and dynamic environment such as luxury, retail, FMCG, or agency.
