1. Manage the organization of INDIOR events and related HR communications for interns and apprentices for the first and second semesters of 2026.
2. Animate the community of interns and apprentices.
3. Support the Next Gen Program Manager in implementing the Graduate Program.
4. Assist in planning and organizing the entire process from selection to integration of VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise).
5. Participate in and coordinate HR development projects to enhance employee experience and engagement.
6. Coordinate events and support the deployment of a toolkit for regional launches of an internal program.
7. Contribute to international change management campaigns by proposing tools and formats to enhance impact.
8. Propose tools and track KPIs to measure participation rates and outcomes.

1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR and/or project management.
