- Serve as a brand ambassador for Parfums Christian Dior, driving fragrance and beauty sales by achieving sales targets.
- Provide a personalized luxury service to customers, promoting the brand with passion and expertise.
- Become an expert in fragrance, makeup, and skincare, presenting and applying products to inspire and attract new clients.
- Proactively sell Dior products and ensure a luxury standard of service and experience.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
- Link and cross-sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and items per transaction.
- Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty and introduce the DIOR 'My Exclusive Loyalty Programme'.
- Educate clients on Dior products and the brand's rich heritage.
- Participate in merchandise management, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and protecting the brand's image.
- Monitor stock levels, report issues, and ensure sufficient inventory.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Build and utilize a strong brand database to develop clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.
- Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
- Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
