1. Serve as an expert in fragrance, makeup, and skincare, presenting and applying products to inspire and acquire new clients.
2. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products, delivering a luxury standard of service and experience to customers.
3. Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
4. Engage in cross-selling across all product categories to increase average transaction value and items per transaction.
5. Initiate contact with clients, welcoming them both at the counter and through traffic stopping.
6. Develop personal relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and introducing the DIOR 'My Exclusive Loyalty Programme'.
7. Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand's rich heritage.
8. Participate in merchandise management, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and protecting the brand's image.
9. Monitor stock levels, report issues, and ensure sufficient inventory.
10. Adhere to all company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
11. Build and utilize a strong brand database, updating client data and building clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
