- Serve as an expert in fragrance, makeup, and skincare, presenting and applying products to inspire and acquire new clients.
- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products, delivering a luxury standard of service and experience to customers.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
- Engage in cross-selling across all product categories to increase average transaction value and items per transaction.
- Initiate contact with clients, welcoming them both at the counter and through traffic stopping.
- Develop personal relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and introducing the DIOR 'My Exclusive Loyalty Programme'.
- Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand's rich heritage.
- Participate in merchandise management, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and protecting the brand's image.
- Monitor stock levels, report issues, and ensure sufficient inventory.
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Build and utilize a strong brand database, updating client data and building clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.
- Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
- Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
