- Daily monitoring and processing of new orders via email.
 - Timely integration of promotional activities.
 - Handling incoming customer inquiries and complaints.
 - Managing returns and issuing credit notes.
 - Coordinating the logistical flow of goods and maintaining seamless communication with central warehouses in France and Italy.
 - Notifying major clients of order details.
 - Processing complaints and invoicing with DPD.
 - Participating in specific projects as required.
 
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative environment.
 - Fluent in German and French; Italian is desirable.
 
- Proficient use of MS Office; SAP experience is advantageous.
 - Customer-oriented and strategic thinking.
 - Strong teamwork capabilities.
 - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
 - High resilience and flexibility in stressful and unpredictable situations.
 
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
