1. Daily monitoring and processing of new orders via email.
2. Timely integration of promotional activities.
3. Handling incoming customer inquiries and complaints.
4. Managing returns and issuing credit notes.
5. Coordinating the logistical flow of goods and maintaining seamless communication with central warehouses in France and Italy.
6. Notifying major clients of order details.
7. Processing complaints and invoicing with DPD.
8. Participating in specific projects as required.

1. 2-3 years of experience in an administrative environment.
2. Fluent in German and French; Italian is desirable.

1. Proficient use of MS Office; SAP experience is advantageous.
2. Customer-oriented and strategic thinking.
3. Strong teamwork capabilities.
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
5. High resilience and flexibility in stressful and unpredictable situations.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
