1. Support the CRM Manager in daily operations focusing on performance, customer retention, and data-driven optimization.
2. Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing omni-channel CRM campaigns throughout the customer journey.
3. Aid in the segmentation, analysis, and interpretation of customer data to derive targeted marketing actions.
4. Adapt and optimize newsletters and other CRM communication tools in line with local market requirements and international brand guidelines.
5. Collaborate closely with Retail, E-Commerce, and Product Marketing to ensure a comprehensive 360° client experience.
6. Monitor performance through KPI tracking, reporting, and evaluation of CRM activities.
7. Contribute to the development and quality assurance of the CRM database.
8. Manage independent projects.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
2. Initial practical experience in Marketing, CRM, or related areas (e.g., internships or work-study positions).

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Analytical thinking, numerical aptitude, and structured work approach.
3. Strong quality awareness and attention to detail.
4. Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (French is a plus).
5. Strong communication skills and a keen sense for aesthetics and target audience engagement.
6. Initiative, creativity, and team spirit.

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates with initial practical experience in relevant fields.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
