1. Integrate fully into the daily operations of the Key Account Management and Business Planning teams.
2. Support the coordination of all customer activities and inquiries.
3. Accompany all relevant customer processes, such as product launches and quantity planning.
4. Actively assist in the strategic development of customer relationships.
5. Independently plan, oversee, and improve the national returns process to ensure sustainable and efficient returns management.
6. Take responsibility for recording and processing sales data from all customers as a key user of a new reporting system.
7. Regularly create reports on relevant KPIs.
8. Collaborate effectively with all relevant departments, including Key Account Management, Business Planning, Retail, Field Sales, and Marketing.

1. Completed commercial training or degree.
2. Knowledge or experience in coordination and organizational functions, ideally in FMCG/luxury goods within an international environment.

1. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
3. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
4. Independence, organizational talent, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
5. Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions.

Entry-level experience in coordination and organizational roles, preferably within the FMCG or luxury goods sectors.

Completed commercial training or degree.
