1. Oversee the global deployment of omnichannel tools and initiatives, supporting local teams in service implementation and ensuring operational follow-up while coordinating customization projects for Perfumes, Skincare, and Makeup with R&D, training, digital, and innovation teams.
2. Actively participate in the design of new service experiences by providing business insights, creative ideas, and concrete recommendations to enhance existing propositions.
3. Contribute to the development of service communication strategies through the creation of physical and digital materials, including iconography, merchandising concepts, and customer journey designs.
4. Measure and optimize project performance by tracking KPIs, analyzing results, sharing best practices, and formulating improvement recommendations.
5. Conduct structured competitive and sectoral analysis, performing market analyses and proposing strategic directions to strengthen and differentiate the Dior customer experience.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program (business school, university, or equivalent).
