1. Oversee the global deployment of omnichannel tools and systems, supporting local teams in service implementation and ensuring operational follow-up.
2. Actively participate in designing new service experiences, providing business insights, creative ideas, and concrete recommendations to enhance existing offerings.
3. Contribute to the development of service communication strategies through the creation of physical and digital materials, including iconography, merchandising, and customer journey design.
4. Measure and optimize project performance by tracking KPIs, analyzing results, sharing best practices, and formulating improvement recommendations.
5. Conduct structured competitive and sectoral intelligence, performing market analyses and proposing strategic directions to strengthen and differentiate the Dior customer experience.
