1. Drive beauty sales by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.
2. Provide personalized luxury service to customers.
3. Expertly present and apply makeup and skincare products to inspire clients.
4. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and maintain a luxury service standard.
5. Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by management.
6. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
7. Develop personal relationships with clients and introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty scheme.
8. Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and brand values.
9. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to ensure sufficient inventory.
11. Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
12. Update client data in the ipos tool, including sales and client profiles.
13. Utilize customer database to build clientele through calls, events, and appointments.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
