1. Serve as a brand ambassador for Parfums Christian Dior, driving fragrance and beauty sales by achieving sales targets.
2. Provide a personalized luxury service to customers, embodying the brand's values.
3. Expertly present and apply fragrance, makeup, and skincare products to inspire and attract new clients.
4. Proactively sell Dior products and ensure a luxury standard of service and experience.
5. Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
6. Link and cross-sell across product categories to enhance average transaction value and items per transaction.
7. Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty and introduce Dior's loyalty program.
8. Educate clients on Dior products and the brand's rich heritage.
9. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to ensure sufficient inventory.
11. Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
12. Build and utilize a strong client database to enhance clientele engagement.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
