1. Provide expert consultation and ensure an exceptional purchasing experience for clients across all three axes: fragrances, skincare, and makeup.
2. Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals.
3. Utilize the D.I.O.R. sales methodology to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
4. Schedule and manage client appointments to foster lasting relationships.
5. Ensure product presentation aligns with Dior's guidelines and brand standards.
6. Execute promotional activities and contribute to the creation of in-store animations.
7. Participate in inventory management and stock-taking activities.

1. Passion for sales and customer service in the luxury beauty sector.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales or customer consultation.
3. In-depth knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products.
4. Proven expertise as a skincare specialist.
5. Fluency in German at a native level, with strong proficiency in French or English.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration.
8. Reliability and a strong commitment to the role.
