- Develop and execute digital initiatives within e-Travel Retail, including e-retail, e-trade, social and paid media, KOL marketing, and digital projects across the APAC region.
- Ensure brand image excellence by guiding TR markets in maximizing marketing and trade plans with a 360° digital approach.
- Act as the digital brand guardian, ensuring all markets adhere to institutional guidelines for Dior e-corners and digital content.
- Plan and execute e-merchandising calendars in alignment with Category, VM, and market teams.
- Prepare changeover briefs and content adaptations, collaborating with market teams or e-retailers for timely online execution.
- Manage online product listings and de-listings per marketing calendar, maintaining a regional Masterfile with new product information.
- Collaborate with market and Trade teams, retailers, and external agencies to develop and optimize KOL and paid media campaigns.
- Lead validations with Central teams and manage media content preparation and execution with media agencies.
- Manage airport OOH media asset orders, ensuring accurate and timely go-live across the region.
- Report on best practices and trends within the TR digital landscape, including digital marketing, SEM, and omnichannel.
- Assist the Digital Manager in budget planning and business review presentations.
- University degree holder
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing Communications or Digital functions, preferably in the luxury or beauty industry
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- High attention to detail and precision
- Ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Strong team spirit and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus
A minimum of 4 years in Marketing Communications or Digital functions, with experience in the luxury or beauty industry preferred.
University degree required.
