1. Oversee daily office operations, including facilities maintenance and repairs.
2. Serve as the primary contact for facilities-related issues, coordinating with building management and vendors.
3. Manage vendor requests and building requests through the property management portal.
4. Coordinate conference room bookings and general office scheduling.
5. Act as the in-person contact for office needs and inquiries.
6. Monitor and stock office supplies.
7. Coordinate food deliveries and catering for special events.
8. Manage vendor accounts and invoices, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
9. Assist in preparing office areas for new hires and conduct office tours during orientation.
10. Place service calls for equipment maintenance and manage offsite document shredding.
11. Manage reservations for the Dior Café and assist with the onsite Barista service.
12. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
13. Assist with internal relocations and special projects as needed.

1. 2+ years of experience in an administrative role within the prestige fashion, fragrance, or beauty industry.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Proactive and responsible, requiring minimal direction.
